RSPB Arne – Wellbeing Guided Walk
Walking in green space has been proven to positively impact our health. You can enjoy the sounds of the birds singing, maybe catch a glimpse of the deer as they move silently through the undergrowth and experience the calming tranquillity of the woodland environment and the shoreline.
This walk will take you through the woodland trails of RSPB Arne as featured on BBC Springwatch. You can enjoy the sounds of the birds singing, maybe catch a glimpse of the deer as they move silently through the undergrowth and experience the calming tranquillity of the woodland environment as it changes through the seasons.
RSPB Arne is a stunning nature reserve on the banks of Poole Harbour and offers miles of trails through woodland, across open heathland and along the stretch of Shipstal shoreline with its views across the harbour Islands.
