The Lulworth Players present their annual family pantomime.
Can the Princess escape the curse put on her by the bad fairy Carabosse? Will the handsome prince make it safely through the forest to rescue her?
The King and Queen of Woollycoombe have finally been blessed with the birth of a daughter. However, a clerical error by the Royal Butler means the bad fairy Carabosse has not been invited to the Princesses christening. She gate-crashes the ceremony and curses the poor Princess to prick her finger on a spinning wheel and die! However, one of the good fairies is able to change the spell from death to a sleep of one hundred years, only to to be woken by the kiss of a true Prince.
Lots of action in this fairytale as the Royal Household prepare to celebrate with the Princess. A bad fairy that you will want to hiss and boo at the moment you see her. Two cats giving each other the run around and musical performances to get you dancing in the aisles.
Tickets are £8.50 for adults and £4 for children and are available from Finleys in Lulworth Cove or Winfrith Village Stores.
